- Rice Flour – 300 gms.
- Nigella Seeds – a pinch.
- Water – for making dough(2 cups).
- Salt – a pinch.
Step 1 – Take a heavy bottomed vessel.Add 2 cups of water to it.Boil it.
Step 2 – When the water gets lukewarm,add the rice flour,salt and nigella seeds to it and keep stirring it continuously so that no lumps are formed and the dough does not stick to the vessel.
Step 3 – Switch the gas off after five minutes.Let it cool.You will get a dough-like batter in your vessel from the rice flour.
Step 4 – Now make small balls from the dough and using a rolling pin make chapatis from it.
Step 5 -On a griddle or tawa bake the chapatis but do not put it on open flame like you do to make wheat flour chapatis.You need to bake it on the tawa itself.
Our rice flour chapatis are ready.Serve them with any veggie of you choice,or a sweet mango pickle and enjoy.
