Ingredients:-

  1. Boneless fish – 250 gms.(You can take any fish of your choice.
  2. Onions(finely chopped) – 1/2 of 1.
  3. Green Chillies(finely chopped) – 1.
  4. Fresh chopped coriander – A handful.

  6. Lemon Juice – 1 tsp.
  7. Mustard Oil – for greasing and mixing/for coating and shallow frying.

STEPS.

Step 1 – Wash and take the fish in a bowl.Rub it with salt and some mustard oil and keep aside.
